Leader and Management or Boss on a system

Leaders have people follow them while Managers have people who work for them. A successful business owner needs to be both a strong leader and manager to get their team on board to follow them towards their vision of success.

Boss only use our skills to hit his goals and achievements

Leader always try to improve our skills. He know how to use it.

Leaders create a vision, managers create goals.

A goal is a specific target to achieve something. It’s the strategy and tactics you use to move toward your vision. You should set and achieve goals only that promote and are in line with your vision. This is why, if you don’t have a vision, goals alone can be defeating. Managers focus on setting, measuring and achieving goals. They control situations to reach or exceed their objectives. Leaders achieve the goals with a vision. They inspire and engage their people in turning that vision into reality
A leader is a person who influences his subordinates to achieve a specified goal.
A manager is a person who manages the organisation and is responsible for planning, direction, coordination, and control with a vision
Managers have only employees. But Leaders win followers. Each employee follows the orders of Managers but follows the leader.

Leaders take risks, managers control risk.

Leaders are willing to try new things even if they may fail miserably. They know that failure is often a step on the path to success. Managers work to minimise risk. They seek to avoid or control problems rather than embracing them.
Managers are very focused and exercise power over people.. Leaders create shared focus and develop power with people. then the only leader can consider each and every one from the team. Anyone can identify a problem. A leader is part of the solution. Anyone can identify a problem. A leader is part of the solution.

Leaders build relationships, Managers build systems and processes.

Leaders need to influence in order to realise their vision. They know who their stakeholders are and spend most of their time with them. They build loyalty and trust by consistently delivering on their promise. Managers focus on the structures necessary to set and achieve goals. They focus on the analytical and ensure systems are in place to attain desired outcomes. They work with individuals and their goals and objectives.
Managers have good ideas and only react to change. Leaders create changes and implement the ideas of managers. Managers always command “Go, Go, Go. You must”, but Leaders says “Let’s go, Am with you, We can” and only ask..!
Managers direct the groups and try to be heroes. Leaders create and coach the teams and make heroes of everyone around them. Managers know how it is done and the Team lead show how it is done.

Every system need both Leaders and management. Each person in a system need to act as the management at some times and always try to become a good Leader. Are you a good leader??
